adequate stay with concerns
inadequate heater flimsy blanket
the hotel is located in a nice area downtown. the staff at the reception was helpful.
i was pretty disappointed. the central heating did not function well in my room. the solutions they offered like a flimsy blanket and a small portable heater were inadequate to reach a comfortable level. this situation.

Acceptable Location, Disappointing Room
small room no refrigerator
The hotel had a convenient location for walking around the city center.
The room I received felt quite small. Two people could not comfortably move around. The absence of a refrigerator was disappointing. When I requested one, I was told I would need to pay an extra fee per day.

cute staff professional staff personal treatment convenient location
i live far away but whenever i come, i always choose this hotel. the staff was very cute and professional (a special thank you to daniela at the front desk!). i appreciated the personal treatment very much. the location is convenient with stores and transportation nearby.
my room was quite small, i thought. a refrigerator would be a great addition, though i understand it may not fit in every room. despite this, i enjoyed my visit.

friendly staff good experience heated floor
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They remembered me each time I passed through the lobby. The breakfast offered a good à la carte experience, exceeding typical expectations. The washroom featured a massage shower head along with heated floors..
I noted the absence of a gym within the hotel premises. This was unexpected and inconvenient for maintaining my workout routine. The room also lacked a bar fridge, limiting options for personal refreshments.

a decent stay overall
super clean room modern design fresh ingredients delicious option staff attentiveness smaller room extra cost refrigerator fee frozen food
the room was super clean when i arrived the design felt modern. the breakfast was a highlight it featured fresh ingredients. the staff demonstrated attentiveness addressing my queries quickly.
my room felt smaller than expected two people could barely move at once. there was no refrigerator initially and it cost extra per day. the minibar i rented froze everything inside so i returned it.

I found the staff attentive. They remembered my name and always had a smile. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked. The location is great as well. It is within walking distance to many attractions.
The room I had was one of the smallest I've ever stayed in. It was difficult for two people to move around at the same time. I also found that there was no refrigerator in the room. The hotel wanted to charge an extra fee for one.
